3.) Local Tips:

Looking for the best restaurants, beaches, or hidden gems?

We’re happy to share our insider knowledge to help you make the most of your time in Malta.

Welcome to Swieqi – one of Malta’s most peaceful yet conveniently located residential areas. Our place is situated just a short stroll away from Greens Supermarket, one of the island’s largest and best-stocked grocery stores, making it easy to pick up everything you need during your stay.

The neighborhood is calm, safe, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You’ll find a mix of locals and expats living here, creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Despite its quiet charm, Swieqi is incredibly well-connected – you're just a 10-minute walk from the lively nightlife of Paceville, the beaches at St. George’s Bay, and the shops and restaurants of St. Julian’s.

Everything you need is close by: supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stops, cafés, and takeaway spots – all within easy walking distance. If you’re renting a car, free street parking is usually available in the area, and the roads are quieter than in more central tourist hubs.

Swieqi is the ideal base if you're looking for a peaceful retreat that’s still close to Malta’s main attractions. Whether you’re here for a short break or a longer stay, this neighborhood offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and local charm.

Our team can also arrange airport transfers for a smooth and stress-free arrival.
